Your request will not be confirmed until you have received an acknowledgment from a MWAH facility representative. Requests should be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the desired event date. If you have not received notice of event confirmation within five business days, please contact 404.727.6400.

All food and non-alcoholic beverage service must be obtained from an approved caterer.
A pre-approved, licensed and insured bartender must dispense all alcoholic beverages. Bartending services can be obtained through one of our approved full-service caterers. Alcohol consumption for any event is not to exceed 4 hours, and must be shut down 45 minutes before the end of the event - prior to event cleanup time.
Arrangements for alcoholic beverages must be made through the MWAH no less than two weeks prior to the event date.

Miller-Ward offers state-of-the-art Audio/Visual equipment and capabilities. The Miller-Ward Operations team does not provide on-site audio/visual support. If you require a set-up beyond MWAH capabilities, you are required to work with an outside audio/visual service provider. All outside audio/visual service vendors must be placed in contact with the MWAH at least four weeks prior to the event.
